This is something we are always striving for. After all, our company's greatest asset is its people! I'm sorry to hear you didn't feel you were fairly compensated for your position. While we don't necessarily pride ourselves on having the highest starting pay, we do pride ourselves on rewarding employees for a job well done, whether that's with a salary increase or promotion.       Thanks for dropping in and leaving your feedback. Unfortunately, I think you may have the wrong company. We haven't had any layoffs or job cuts since our company has been in business. In fact, we are growing rapidly. We also have no employees in offices in Toronto or in Canada at all for that matter. Anyways, thanks again for stopping by!

      Thank you for offering us some feedback. I'm glad you're enjoying the environment and the great people we have here at XYZ. I'm not really sure if you have the right XYZ since we don't require anyone to work on weekends. We love it when our employees enjoy their weekends. Work/Life balance is something we strive to encourage all the time. Regardless, I'm sorry you feel that we were only worth two stars. We'll keep trying to make sure you enjoy a good balance.
