      Surrounded by extremely smart and driven young professionals. Be prepared to work with clever, sarcastic individuals who will probably call you out on your spelling error on the whiteboard. All different kinds of people with all different skill sets all under one roof (developers, sales people, designers, etc) Opportunities for growth---XYZ took a chance on me and offered me an entry level position as someone with very little corporate experience. When another position opened up later on, they listened to my desire to move into another area of the company and I was awarded the position. One of the benefits for working for a company in growth mode!!! Casual dress code (if you choose) Dog friendly Modern office building right on the new metro line Great healthcare options and 401k Free office snacks and catered lunch once a week

      Lots of changes and back and forth so you better be adaptable Stressful environment at times

      Thank you for offering your feedback on your time with us. We're really excited that our ongoing commitment to paying a good wage and extending some pretty cool benefits is appreciated. With the 19th best 401k plan in the nation, according to Bloomberg, we get kind of pumped about it as well. I'm sorry you felt the hours were long. I'll admit that it's not the easiest environment, but we also emphasize that each employee take time off for great work/life balance. I agree that members of management could improve their leadership skills with ongoing training and mentoring. That's why we provide that very training and mentoring so we could provide not only strong leadership, but also teach it to up and coming leaders of tomorrow. Although we only got one star from you, we're still thankful that you provided us with further insight into how to keep improving.
