First of all, the company doesn't indicate any job title in your work contract, so make sure you double check and confirmed the senority level and job title before to sign the contract. Lack of internal transparency on promotions, performance reviews and senority level. People with less relevant experience can get higher grade than yours, HR policy doesn't exist, a lot of politics, which means that your work not skwats rewarded, but it's all about getting close to relevant t people. Projects are often not so exciting, overall I guess up to Director positions all employees are just executors, no decision making power at all.
