My feedback is mostly related to the day-to-day experience of working in Helsinki office specifically. What I especially valued during my time there was: - Strong sense of community in Helsinki with many fun internal events to get to know your colleagues from other teams. - Overall the people across teams are very kind and great to work with. Colleagues are talented, caring, and genuinely interested in their jobs. - Very good benefits. - Supportive, smart and fun manager, to whom I reported. I learnt a lot from her. - Inclusivity (DEI) is genuinely lived in the culture.
Cons
Depending on your job, there are limited career growth opportunities unless you are ready to relocate to Berlin. However, many positions are filled through internal recruitment and internal candidates are prioritized to open jobs.
