      It started off great. There were a lot of perks and benefits and the 40% employee discount is great for your wardrobe.

      Cons

      There is no regard for employees' mental well-being. The environment (depending on your team) is often highly stressful. Plus, there is a culture of fostering bad leadership. There is literally no consequences for them. They can be terrible at their job, bully employees, lie for their own benefit but most likely, you as an employee have to bow out and leave while the lead gets to stay on and continue the toxic cycle. 🤷
