      Positive environment, multicultural. Based on my 4 years experience, every team is a unique world at Zalando, so if you feel ok where you are, you will have nice times, the real opposite if not. Other benefits are: - Free fruits - Zalando Discount - Zalando Parties - Work from Home and abroad

      No major downsides but the Company grown so much in the last 15 years that it feels there's a continue structure and organization (re-)adjustments.
