      A lot of nice colleagues, diversity, big budgets.

      Cons

      If you want to work in marketing, this is not the place for you. Zalando claim they want to be fresh and innovative yet do everything possible to keep the quo. The leadership lacks skills and / or knowledge, it's very long working hours with little output, very hierarchical and endless meetings and emails to discuss petty topics.
