      - 40% discount - Opportunity to learn about different areas of the business

      Cons

      - Snr Leadership (VP up) super inexperienced: chaotic decision making, lack of proper strategy, no idea how to steer a business through headwinds. - Very chaotic working environment with constantly changing priorities. - Everyone is super stressed with high workloads, but as management aren’t leading, very little actually achieved: huge number of projects abandoned mid-way etc - CEOs really rude and dismissive of colleagues with genuine concerns, when most of problems seem to come from CEOs own inexperience and lack of vision

      My teammate were amazing and the fact that we were living the same very bad situation, brought us very close.

      Absolutely against smartworking (despite 70% of the company asked for it), they'd rather let talents go Big differences in treatment between the employees in Germany and the ones employed abroad (no work equipment, no employee discount, nothing) The opinion of the employees is worth nothing, if you show there is a problem you get threatened to be fired
