      Pros

      I worked for quite a couple of companies in my life and what I really like is that people are constantly encouraged to take over responsibility for what they are doing. Which for me is the essentially important. Also I'm really a fan of the 360 degree feedback, the split leadership model, the overall transparency, the focus on integration and diversity and all of the opportunities that are offered.

      Cons

      I honestly don't have that much to complain about. Sometimes I believe that the approach 'one size fits all' was partly lived too long, but we're on a good way.

      Pros

      Known brand in Europe. Employee discounts. Free fruit. Training courses (technologies, languages, leadership etc.)

      Cons

      Low salaries. Unclear career path (more true for some functions than for others though) Some teams and projects have no lead, it's hard to know who is responsible for decisions. Positions get canceled easily, departments are restructured often, people might not end up working on what they were supposed to.
