      Pros

      It's the land of opportunities if you are motivated to make the best of your career at the company, plenty of options to move around to different teams. It's super inclusive and allows space for marginalized groups to unite and offers budget for events.

      Cons

      HR has been problematic for years, which is just annoying for everyone at the moment. Really hard to move forward in the role, even if you are quite specific about what you want, because it doesn't align 100% with what the company wants every single PM to do (which isn't really working on delivery anymore, only idea and concept generation). It has become more about who you know than the actual work.
