      Pros

      Office languange is English and the culture is very relax and comfortable and flexible. As long as deliver your responsibilty, not too much politics nor micromanagements.

      Cons

      In the phase of transition from unicorn to bigger size. Meaning, they need to do more delicate work on organizing teams, projects, and tools to manage according to their size. It is WIP.
