      Potential to be great, spoiled by complexities and no clear leadership

      - salary is fair - great office environment - some potential for trying new things

      Cons

      - severely lacking in clear and strong senior management - questionable and damaging fairness shortfalls/bullying/not managing toxicity - many overlaps of roles combined with poor processes leads to lots of unnecessary time-wasting and conflict - questionable practices around POC, especially MENA employees
