      - truly international environment - co-workers are young, dynamic and engaged - probably one of the best leaders of an international brand: Herbert Hainer - strong & authentic brand

      Cons

      - salary in sports industry overall not the highest - competitive environment puts a bit of pressure on junior`s who want to climb the ladder - Herzogenaurach is not THE place to be
