Pros

Very international, people from everywhere and official communication language is English. Great support for expats. Great work-life balance. Also lot's of activities around the campus and you get to meet sports superstars. Environment very relaxed. A very good brand to work for.

Cons

Not a great place to build a career in IT. It's very neglected even on this day and age. It's much much easier to make your way up and grow as a people manager or business analyst/consultant than if you are an engineer, developer, technical architect, etc. Unfortunately very few bright IT people to follow or in leadership positions within IT.

Pros

Huge company, huge projects, clothes discounts and the best work-life balance. Company also offers a wide range of benefits that are quite great.

Cons

Is a company where you need to have a lot of communication and political skills. If you are a person that does not like to socialize, make presentations and spend time in networking, this adidas is not for you. Meeting culture: In adidas you spend more time in meetings than actually working Micro environment can be toxic and not get anything done. But normally changing things depends more on you than on your boos or team. Also don’t expect to have much contact if your boss and don’t wait people to tell what to do, you need to be proactive, what’s actually a good thing

Pros

Cool, exciting culture Discounts on gear Lots of opportunity

Cons

This place is great for singles without children, since you spend most of your time working at the senior level. Lots of night and weekend work to keep up with everything. High expectations and pressure to attend all company events, even those taking place after work hours. If you work here, you need to drink the kool-aid completely, or you will not be happy. They make you feel like you should feel blessed to work for this "iconic" company. If it's "just a job" for you, don't bother. Pay is not that great for the work they expect.
