      Pros

      A global company that encourages movement from within. Plenty of opportunity to work globally, both physically and virtually. A company that is excited about who they are and what they do.

      Cons

      It is a large company and so sometimes the 'red tape' police can drastically hinder projects. Generally it is a one-size fits all approach to systems and processes and that doesn't always work.

      Interesting job, traveling twice a year to Europe (for Adidas department) and to US (for Reebok department), young and intelligent colleagues

      Cons

      Life/work balance is really suffering mostly because of messy organisation and need to perform the same task with new input data and objectives at time pressure.

      It was close to home, I wanted retail sales experience, young salesforce, received training that will be helpful in other positions.

      Cons

      The pay was low and the hours assigned too randomly, making it impossible for me to combine working there with other employment.
