Pros

-Good pay for students -Great culture within the sales associates, some people were awesome to work with -World Class Brand -Potential to move up to keyholder if you perform store operations effectively -Benefits are great for a retail job -Reeboks partner store helps the store function and prosper

Cons

-Store Manager too focused on being #1, focuses too highly on the store and brand image rather than support the people on their payroll -One of the most incompetent Assistant Managers i've dealt with, arrogantly brings down your confidence as a sales person and an individual while trying to have the store succeed which manifolds unto itself as a terrible concept for success -Were given sales quotas which include item counts and average sale value which were subject to review on a weekly basis, high expectations but no compensations for said work. $11 an hour does not provide effective motivation to sell at the standard they provide and therefore there is no motivation to sell -Keyholders have no sales goals yet attempt to sell anyways, discouraging and preventing sales associates from further reaching their quotas -3 management level employees could care less about their sales associates and dont support them while the other 2 are more understanding and relatable -Full Price Inline Store in a mall full of outlets, our competitors (Puma,Sportchek,) beat us majority of the time and therefore sales goals are difficult to achieve on slower days -Sports Performance store with managers that arent avid athletes, no true passion in the stores culture -No really appealing clothes which is why 9/10 people that enter our store buy anything, originals clothing mainly appeals to a hip style while sports performance is only fitness and athletic related
