      Great employee discount Good work environment Minimal issues Very relaxing job, not primarily recommended for a career

      Cons

      Low pay Not challenging enough No reward for excelling in your job. Full-Time not available for anyone who isn't a manager. Time and a half or double time doesn't exist.

      Pros

      If you like the brand you will enjoy working for the company no doubt about it. Working for Adidas you will be working with consumers who play sports and are active which is awesome.

      Cons

      The people that I worked with didn't have much experience with sports. Didn't get a salary increase after a year with the company.

      Pros

      Laid back and sports centered environment, where work-life balance is given emphasis. People are generally willing to help, and there is a collaborative environment among different teams. The brand is at the center of everything, and there are a lot of discounts/sales to encourage employees to live, eat and breathe adidas.

      Cons

      Complex and oftentimes bureaucratic organizations, processes and systems. Methodology is always applied, so this translates to slower output. What might typically be a 3-month project in other larger organizations, would take a minimum of 6 months in adidas. Most complex IT landscape I have ever seen!
