      Pros

      Great coworkers. Management is good but you have to reach out to the correct people to advance yourself. Great discount and very relaxed atmosphere. Lots of experience available but you have to be proactive. Depending on the dept you are in, great perks!

      Cons

      No balance of work/life once you are salary. Salary is significantly lower than industry average. No gym located in building at this location.

      Best group of associates to work with Great campus Adidas is doing big things in 2014 most of the AGM and TL are awesome and keep it 100%

      Cons

      -Village Employee store is too small physically for the volume is sales -Sizes! There's no available sizes for customers! -Sales goals are unrealistic and hardly attainable Monday-Thursday
