The company atmosphere is very lively and engaged. People that work their genuinely love the company and promote the brand. If you work hard, your performance will be recognized.

Cons

Could have compensated employees a little bit more. Many assigned tasks did some pointless/irrelevant to the actual job that I was supposed to do.
