      You feel proud to work for adidas and can enjoy the young and exciting culture of the brand.

      Cons

      It's a traditional, German-lead company that doesn't take risks so you often feel frustrated and that they can't effectively compete in the market.

      Pros

      Working in a retail store for Adidas was a great oppurtunity. I ended my experience their for personal reasons nothing with the company. They treat you right and everyone is so friendly. My area the area and district managers get o know everyone.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is dynamic, optimistic, yet friendly. There are many opportunities for recent graduates. The amenities are modern, the canteen is good.

      Cons

      Procedures are heavily bureaucratized. Initiatives are not really welcome. The office feels like a little bit over-crowded, location is no-way convenient.
