Pros

Good brand and positioning in markets; passionate and innovative office design; competitive compensation and benefits; diversified activities to engage employees and communities

Cons

Lot of non-value added meetings/discussions trying to reach consensus without decision making, thus low net profit despite of high gross profit. Lacking of performance-driven culture. Little empowerment to even the most dedicated, experienced employees
