      Working for a sports company provides a relaxed culture but is highly competitive and challenges the individual to always be on their game.

      Cons

      The pay is less than market for a similar position but the health benefits and perks of the job can definitely provide comfort

      Benefits and Pay was great! Had a lot of independance to make own decisions to run business.

      Ended up having a Manager that micromanaged too much and lost passion to work for adidas.
