Pros

The benefits are amazing. The health insurance was great before I left but they changed it to BCBH which is horrible. The discount was decent, but the clothing allotment was great.

Cons

Adidas needs to get their issues together and worked out. On the retail side, they provide no plans of action for lower volume stores, no help from senior management and no communication. They are the first ones to speak down to you and never have a positive light. They can't provide product in their own retail stores and consistently give excuses and just say "sell what you have" to the non outlet stores.

Pros

It fits those seeking to live an active lifestyle. The casual work environment is also a plus. Highly talented workforce.

Cons

Long hours, lower pay in comparison to other companies in the same industry, and few added benefits aside from the standard health plan.

Pros

Nice campus in an improving neighborhood near downtown Portland. Plenty of parking. Good gym. Cool products. Energetic, fun colleagues. Lots of perks from other companies that market with adidas. Access to steeply discounted product at the retail stores and outlets. Opportunities to travel around the globe. Discounted or free tix to sporting events.

Cons

If you are ambitious it is really tough to advance beyond Director as an American employee. You'll get blindsided by politics originating in German HQ sooner or later. Below-average pay. Constantly looking up a Nike. Sr. management unwilling to invest in IT, Marketing, Advertising, US endorsements. Totally reactive business strategy.
