Pros

Purchasing adidas merchendise reduced, in some team flexi time

Cons

Micromanagement, in-group bias (if you are not in the favorites club no chance at career advancement), speaking up means facing retaliation, no real mechanism for fairplay process. Employee relations doing the Hr bidding and work council has no real power. Know lots of employees fired illegally with small severance or none, having to be stuck in lawsuits with company for months and years. A trully toxic culture, expecting you to work 12 hours a day and then to run 5km in the sports events because "is a sports company". Apart from a couple of fit employees (who know how to work the system, not do much work but do sports), all rest are on burnout limit or already in burnout.
