      Overall, great company culture, atmosphere and perks.

      In some depts there is are cliquey silos, which can cause some unhealthy workplace behaviour such as gossip and lies.

      Pros

      People, Food, Headquarters with sports facilities, discounts on all Adidas products, Nobody is judging or critisizing you behind your back. Team driven company. Great bonuses, everything is provided for employes! Great support for everything you need - especially with relocation.

      Cons

      Location is not that exciting and people in this area are very conservative. Not enough freedom within the company to follow your dreams and ambitions. Majority of people just do their job for the paycheck, not because they love it! A lot of company politics. After few years, you will really feel like you are just a number in the company. A lot of turnower - people come and go. People are moving to different teams which is confusing. Lots of talking - not enough action!
