Pros

Multicultural Work Environment, English as official working language, Great Facilities, such as Gym, Beautiful Outdoor Campus, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Different choices of healthy meals, beautiful state of the art meeting rooms, Increased possibilities to work from home - before Covid Lockdown - One day per week for full time contract.

Cons

Location in small German village, largest cities next to it are still very small, Company Culture changed under current CEO - Very old fashioned way to run/squeeze a company - Pure Process and Profit oriented - People only seen as cost driver, not to be trusted, no more investment in people development, Low Salary compared to industry standard, Top Down Management Approach, Complex and very slow decision making processes, Quantity over quality, Employees are stressed, overworked and burned out, HR not to be trusted.
