      Company is growing, so business is going fine.

      Way too political, some people simply does not collaborate with others (i.e. do not reply emails / accept or decline meeting invites)..

      Environment , sport activities, international atmosphere. Very dynamic & diverse. Work-Life balance.

      Cons

      Weak people strategy: Loosing experienced employees seems to be the company strategy. Too much focus on External Consultants in some of the areas and too many efforts for creation of "In-House Consultings". Low salary.
