Work together well, too well. Good artistic skills. Very poor managerial abilities, set low standards for new employees. Low professionalism.

Cons

Low professional. Heavy drinking. Both during and after work hours. Interpersonal office affairs. Extramarital affairs. Very little ethics. No emphasis on ethics of any kind. I expect same bad week as uber soon.

Generally positive and foreward-thinking environment; fairly diverse and balanced between men and women; perks with athlete visits and frequent discounts and sales; nice gym, food and daycare facilities

Cons

Low competitive salary for industry, Staffing based more on personal and professional connections than employee skill and fit to position, somewhat culty atmosphere where one feels pressure to fit the ideal corporate image (sporty, "mainstream" in appearance and tastes), office culture promotes favoritism/low cooperation and personal conflict/frequent team and department changes

I work for several years in the adidas HQ and can truly tell, that it is great pleasure to work there. Great colleagues, very open minded and easy going. People who like to do sports and have a great work life balance, this is the company to work for. In my teams, the had great leaders and managers, perfect opportunities to grow and a great team spirit

Cons

As in most global corporations, there are a lot of political driven decisions Not all teams and leaders are as great as mine were/are. HR is a real struggle, no sufficient partnering, no support for cross functional moves, not very driven and responsive. Internal moves only work via networking, no one should rely on HR
