None none none none none.

Cons

Toxic culture, no way to get promoted by normal processes. Usual basic hr processes a total disaster : holiday days allocated messed up, usual monthly salary cycle messed up, bonuses not received or when received wrong amounts. Getting the bonus after leaving it is a battle in itself.
