Pros

I love the great spirit of working at the adidas headquarters: lots of sport, interesting job, great people and you can wear your favorite adidas sneakers to work on a daily basis. Of course, it is challenging to achieve top results. But at the same time, the company offers great benefits like, e.g. company sports and social benefits.

Cons

Advancing your career inside the company is hard.

Pros

You get to say you work for a large global brand. The pay is decent (for Germany as the cost of living is quite low) If you're young with little work experience, you'll do well.

Cons

really old fashioned small town german mentality, upper management has lots of vision for change, but change on the ground is impossible.

Pros

Employee Friendly, Fun, Good Benefits, Discounts on Sports gear, Flexibility

Cons

Base Pay Is lower than that of competitors. There is a Typical German bureaucracy, overly complex and fluid organizational structures, and little accountability or ownership across teams. Management is slow with decision-making.
