      Great campus, good compensation, friendly colleagues. Very nice benefits package, high works council involvement.

      Cons

      Hierarchies are too steep. Too many people want to have a say in little details, can be frustrating at times.

      Pros

      Campus and most of the people working there are amazing. There are a lot of challanges and difficult conversations with stakeholders that you have to make on daily basis. Sometimes is hard to negotiate Team and project goals and due to budget cuts you have to be very flexible.

      Cons

      Huge org with slow decision process.
