      Pros

      I´d describe the company as a fun, intelligent, and close friend. The vibes are great, the working hours are flexible (start and end) and there are many perks like more days of holidays than the average in the industry, health benefits, gym plans, food and drink events...

      Cons

      As it is a global company there are many meetings during the week to connect with teams across the world which can get tedious The salary increases are not a given every year and they are not of a high %.

      -Simple, easy work -Relaxed working atmosphere

      Cons

      -Below-average pay -Boring, routine work -Hardly any development opportunities -Vaccine bullying (There are 2 employees in the Warsaw team who have no sympathy for unvaccinated employees and communicate this openly: Unvaccinated employees are treated very differently to the rest of the team. They are shouted at for no reason, openly harassed in chat groups and isolated from the rest of the team)
