Pros

This is a fast growing company. One day inhouse, is equal to a month anywhere else. The teams are high-performing and very talented. Any person working here can bring new aspects to the table, everyone's suggestions will be heard and taken into account. You will be pushed outside your comfort zone and will grow massively thanks to that.

Cons

Requires a pretty flexible mindset and willingness to change: processes are constantly improved, rough edges are worked on, communication lines are improved. Pretty much all the "negative" aspects of a start-up in constant growth wil be found here as well.

Fast development and a lot of learning is in the package. If you stand out in what you are doing you will be rewarded. As the company is still young there is a lot of space to improve.

Cons

Sometimes objectives change and the job description may change rapidly.

Great team spirit and the employees all have the willingness to work together and help together Management listens to employees and tries to change things (it does not always work, but the willingness is there) I get a lot of growth opportunities, but I cannot judge for other departments /teams

Cons

Work pressure can be quite high in some teams It is a fast paced environment, but now that the company is not so much of a startup anymore, the management should think a bit longer about decisions. First signs that they are working on this are already happening. I sometimes have the feeling people that scream loudest also get heard best
