If you feel like your growth opportunities are limited, you can come up with an Individual Growth Plan (IGP) together. Dear former colleague, We really appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you didn't have any positive experiences at GSG. We are working hard and prioritizing the two points you just mentioned. So far we have improved our benefits package on a global level with 32 vacation days (27 APAC) or quarterly team events among others. Our Comp&Ben team is looking also into the local options and more will follow soon.
