      Pros

      The hiring process is quite short, between 3 and 4 appointment and 2h maximum. They show a lot of humility, transparency (why are they hiring, why they need you etc...).

      Cons

      The hiring process was a little bit long. Not because of the steps, but the time between each step. The onboarding, a lot of steps or documents to complete, company politic to red and sign, laws and rules to read and sign or pass a certain score... in brief, a lot of to-do during onboarding not linked to your job...
