Pros

The entire hiring process was extremely well organized and smooth. Communication was always clear, and I felt well-informed at every step. Jason, Ruben, and Louis were all very kind, professional, and respectful. I truly appreciated their support and the great energy during each conversation.

Cons

Honestly, none. Everything went as expected, and I felt very comfortable throughout the process.

6 week working abroad. Actual work life balance, nice people

Cons

The pay isn’t great and for the work we’re doing it should be. Internal comms not good. The editors for communities are rude. The head of account management is never there (but we have to be in twice a week?)

That said, we don’t want to overlook what you’ve called out. Feeling underpaid for the work you’re doing is frustrating, and you’re not the only one who’s raised this. In 2024, we rolled out a more structured performance and salary review process and a promotion matrix to make things more transparent and fair. These are being actively reviewed again in 2025, because we know it’s a work in progress. Your points about communication and team dynamics matter too. We know that hybrid setups come with their own challenges, especially when expectations around presence or leadership visibility feel uneven. The same goes for the internal tone. respect and collaboration are non-negotiables, and it’s on us to make sure that’s upheld consistently across all teams.
