I enjoyed my time at eBay and would work there again if the right opportunity came up. The pay is pretty fair especially when getting hired. I loved the people I worked with.

Cons

The longer you are in a position, the less money you will make compared to your peers. There wasn't a clear path for promotion. Decisions went through a lot of bureaucracy.
