Pros

Co-workers, benefits package, work-life balance

Cons

Senior management decision-making; times of hypocrisy with regard to the company's values.

Pros

eBay is a good place to work - they strive to be a great place to work, but do not achieve that standard. Their benefits are good, their compensation is above average. You won't be too stressed and you'll be able to have a good work-life balance. HR has been working on leadership development.

Cons

eBay is too big. It even seems bigger than it is. It is filled with ex-consultants. If you work there, I would try to work inside on of the businesses. Also, be prepared for A LOT of Powerpoint - making slides is a critical skill.

Pros

Company with a fantastic business model, and opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of responsibility early in your career, and a great incubator for innovation.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to get things done given the size of the organization. Also, our customers have a strong "love/hate" relationship with the brand (particularly sellers).
