      Pros

      Great environment, second job in which I feel like part of something bigger. My input is taken into account thanks to a great supervisor, the information is getting to the right people and the right managemtn. Great benefits and the treatment of employees is outstanding.

      Cons

      Sometims it can be strict by the book, which means that is some few issues there is no flexibility.

      Pros

      The company's purpose and values are inspiring. The people here are great people. They care care for customers and each other. Management is willing to take unpopular decisions and explain themselves. I feel that they are accountable for their actions and decisions.

      Cons

      Listening to the people who are stuck admiring a romanticized version of the past. In my opinion, these people are getting in the way of creating the future and holding back progress.

      Pros

      cool place to work with. Great people with great minds. No work pressure. Understanding and caring employees. ebay takes care of its employees the most. So a fun and a challenging place to work in. Communication is good. Compensation and benefits are good. Employee morale is awesome. Recognition and feedback is ok. Work/Life balance is the best I have experienced. Respect for all employees. Not many layoffs. very secure and stable company.

      Cons

      Well, I guess there is not much career growth. Lot of people in the same job band, where as very very few at the top or higher management level.
