      Pros

      Stablished company that takes its culture and values seriously. Fellow employees are highly skilled. Regular collaborations with international colleagues.

      Cons

      Individualistic in a "each for their own" kind of sense. Different teams´ objectives often clash. Work pressure can get very high. Every year you can get fired for no reason other than budget.
