      Besser als nichts

      This is the first job I got from Germany and I really appreciate it. They introduced me to a company that needs an interim analyst. After the successful interview with party A, the personal service AG sent me the work contract. I usually only go to Party A and rarely go to Persona Service AG. During that time, I worked very hard, made a great contribution, and analyzed sales division for the president of Party A, so they added another month of working time. Working in an international company gave me further training in organization and coordination skills. I must say the support from Personal service AG is not much. I hope they can perform better in the future. After completing 5 months of analytical support, I transferred to a consulting company.

      Cons

      The company's positioning is to provide outsourcing services for other companies and provide temporary workers. If you desperately need a job, then here is a good choice, after all, having an ordinary job is better than no job. This company cares very little for its employees, and you shouldn't expect a promotion or salary increase.

      Good company, payment on time

      Pros

      Payment for 160 hours a month is around $2200 usd. They pay weekly. Their team is amazing and willing to support you at any point.

      Cons

      They use Hubsyaff to track time and that is pretty annoying. You end up being on call for more hours given that Hubstaff tracks any idle time, even if it’s for going to the rest room. It doesn’t make sense.
