Pros

I have had the privilege of working at LEGO for some time now, and I can confidently say that it has been a truly rewarding experience. As a dedicated employee, I have been able to contribute to the company's success in various roles. At LEGO, the work environment is truly exceptional. The teamwork among colleagues is exemplary, with a supportive and helpful atmosphere. Open communication is encouraged, creating a positive and collaborative workplace. During my time at LEGO, my responsibilities have spanned a wide range of areas, including handling customer inquiries, managing orders from creation to delivery, and addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers. I have also been involved in planning new product orders and ensuring efficient inventory management. The diversity and challenges of these tasks have kept me engaged and motivated. One aspect that truly stands out about LEGO is its inspiring corporate culture. The company places a strong emphasis on creativity and personal development, actively encouraging employees to share ideas and contribute to process improvements. Moreover, the leadership at LEGO is exceptional. Managers are not only highly competent but also approachable, friendly, and understanding, creating an environment of respect and support. In terms of compensation, LEGO offers competitive remuneration, although there is room for improvement, especially considering the cost of living in certain areas. However, the company does provide additional benefits, such as the opportunity to work remotely for two days a week and flexible working hours, which contribute to a healthy work-life balance. As long as communication is effective, there are ample opportunities for tailored arrangements. LEGO seems also to provide some career opportunities. Regular discussions are held to align individual goals and aspirations, and according to colleagues and leaders, there are possibilities for growth and transitioning into different roles within the company. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend LEGO as an employer. The company's world-renowned products, coupled with its inspiring work environment, positive corporate culture, and exceptional leadership, make it one of the best employers I have had the pleasure of working for. I take great pride in being part of the LEGO team.

Pros

At LEGO, I had the opportunity to acquire valuable skill sets that have greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth. The supportive environment ensures that everyone is willing to assist you with any business-related topics. The mentorship program is exceptional, providing guidance and support throughout the internship. One of the standout aspects is the hands-on experience gained through customer interactions, which allows for valuable insights and fosters a sense of responsibility. There are also a lot of events. In average once a week.

Cons

At times, the workload at LEGO can be demanding, requiring you to handle a significant amount of tasks. However, there are also weeks where you may need to proactively seek out assignments or projects.
