If you value curiosity, creativity and fun at work - this is the place for you! Play is not only allowed but encouraged. The culture is so great, makes coming into the office a delight.

Cons

Working for a global team can be a bit challenging in terms of call times, but people are flexible and willing to work with you on it.

Pros

You feel it when you step into the office - the decorations, set-up, people and ways of working. Working in the LEGO Group is different and special, and a key contributing factor to it is the culture of the brand and company.

Cons

Not at the moment - still have my rose-tinted lenses since joining.
