Pros

Flat hierarchy actually is a flat hierarchy here, and you can genuinely be yourself. It's a very open culture and as long as you do what you were hired for, no one here will try to micromanage you. The atmosphere all round is a very positive one with the focus on diversity inclusiveness and unity. the job itself isn't very hard or challenging but it almost feels like a secondary thing because of how amazing the atmosphere at the office is with all these amazing people around.

Cons

You get detractors for things you can not control and this hasn't changed or probably won't because it's part of how they measure success.

People focus! The employees are the most valuable asset and are treated as such. Salary and benefits are really good as well.

Cons

I'm very data focused (thanks to my previous jobs) and sometimes struggle with the lack of concrete numbers

Benefits and bonuses such as being part of Lego’s global bonus scheme, holiday paid, free fitness and financial support for public transport in Berlin.

Cons

Low base salary despite the bonuses.
