Nice and talented people generally People leaders genuinely care about your interests and motivations and make decisions around this Good pay Good benefits

Cons

A lot of corporate overheads and meetings Some people who aren't so nice can end up in positions of power and can be a bit like raptors in the middle of a load of puppies Some people like the safe nest they have made for themselves and act out of self interest instead of working toward a common goal

Amazing place to work where they are extremely supportive and truly focused on making you happy. If you are a LEGO fan, the discounts are also good.

Cons

Small team. Low potential for advancement / growth unless you are able to relocate
