Limited room for progression at retail level

Thick glass ceiling for women especially with young children. All global employee promotion and policies are showcasing but lacks real action on flexible working, diversity, climate commitment. (Parental leave isn't more than other well known companies) Some poor line management - Lots of top priorities - lack of understanding at director levels. No real flexible working (just a policy) Seen point blank to pregnant women who ask for 4day week "no". No part time unless you fight hard with a time limit or your manager does but essentially the answer is "no". In Denmark there is some blurred lines on hours. Some egotistical colleagues who get a lot of airtime and degrade the amazing colleagues and real experts. 6 managers in 5 years You are a tiny clog. Don't work too hard and focus on what skills you can take away after Lego. No public speaking or presenting unless you fly under the radar
