      Family owned, the LEGO foundation, the best mission in the consumer goods industry

      Cons

      Not a performance-driven organization yet which makes it slow in certain areas, big workload and accountability difference depending on role (local sales vs Global functions for example) for no rewards upside. No clear career paths (I have worked for the LEGO Group for 10 years)
