      If you don’t have the required degree/diploma/experience for a certain position, no luck advancing/shifting around to gain new knowledge, as you could in old days. Experts on all positions.

      Pros

      Management was flexible with rosters and generally very accommodating with part-time employees who had other commitments (e.g. school, family etc.)

      Cons

      Sometimes an unfriendly and quite negative environment for employees. Constant drama or spats between sales staff and management got tiring quickly. Upper management was reluctant to get involved or do anything to improve the tone and atmosphere of the work environment.
