Pros

- good benefits - nice work environment - flexible hours - friendly atmosphere

Cons

- standard and often uncompetitive wages - professional and wage growth is difficult to achieve - difficult to get recognized for individual achievements - impossible to apply creative and unconventional thinking (i.e. Law of Jante) - no personal skill development in terms of external training, certification, etc. - too much bureaucracy and infighting between the departments (Corp. IT, HR, DevOps) - working overtime is more common than exceptional (can be 150-200% of standard working hours) - management is inflexible, mediocre and often unskillful in their area - lack of responsibility and ownership - too many unproductive meetings - the company environment accepts only Danish-minded people - can get very boring after a couple of years - the HQ is located in Billund in the middle of Denmark (rural area, no railroad)
