Senior/Corporate leadership team is very sincere and not pretentious. Nice work/life balance: as a FT salaried SM, I average 40-43 hrs. weekly. They promote diversity, especially pushing for more women in top leadership positions. Generous employee discount: 50% off Family-owned company (Denmark) Passionate DM's that encourage store teams to have fun at work! This is a job where you truly get paid to play with LEGO all day!

Cons

Daily you witness bad parenting: those who drop their kids off at our store and disappear for several hours. Urine accidents The occasional rude customer

One of the more fun part-time jobs I worked. Nice co-workers and environment. Very busy during the Holiday season, but makes the shifts go by quick. Easy work during school.

Cons

A lot of tourists in the area, so it's sometimes hard to communicate effectively. Still fun to meet a lot of different people though.
